SHIPPING/DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to ship. When specials sales/promotions are running, (for example: Black Friday, 4th of July, major restocks or launches like eyeshadow palettes) it will be announced that shipping may be extended.  

What shipping carrier is used?

USPS is the carrier we use to deliver orders. If a problem occurs after receiving the email with tracking to show your order was shipped, please contact your local post office and make sure it is not being held, and your address had no mistakes.

 

Returning/Exchanging, Cancellation, Refunds?

Orders can be canceled or refunded anytime before being shipped. After an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Unopened products can be sent back using the address on your shipping label, and exchanged. You are responsible for shipping cost of that item. If you would like to return an unopened product please email a photo of the product, along with your concerns, and we will see how to move forward with the return. Not all items are eligible for a return refund. Any broken items from mail can also be sent back after showing proof of damage through email. Items must be sent back by customer using address on shipping label.


Lost/Stolen Package? Never received order after “SHIPPED” or “DELIVERED” email?

Our company is not responsible for packages after being shipped and delivered from our facility. We advise to file a claim with your local post office immediately after noticing a “delivered” notification to your email of a package that has not been received. Packages may still be delivered after notifications are sent out, but please call your local USPS shipping facility to make sure your package was not lost or held. If you suspect an item to be stolen, we are not responsible to replace any items. Please file a claim at USPS immediately.
